ALLERGEN ADVICE - EU FIC 1169/2011 Regulations

My baking contains products with gluten, lactose and other allergens ( nuts, peanuts, wheat, milk, eggs, soybeans, sulphates, sesame, corn starch ) that`s why I cannot accept orders for gluten or lactose free cakes or guarantee a nut free environment. 

Collection and Transport

Cakes after collection should be kept in the refrigerator. The best temperature for storing is 0/+6 degrees or -18 degrees in a freezer.

Please insure your car is completely cool for the journey home and avoid keeping the cake in the car for longer, than it takes you to get to the destination.

Hold the box from underneath and distribute the weight evenly. The cake needs to be kept level - flat.

I don`t take responsibility for any consequences due to inappropriate storage ( i. e. wrong temperature ) or careless transport.
